Business Lounge is the first Business Centre in Italy to introduce the Butler service, i.e. the professional figure of a "House Manager" that takes care of and anticipates the Clients' needs and wishes.
This is true added value, that we are sure can differentiate our product, the final goal being to ensure that our Centre can always be a pleasant, comfortable Business Lounge. The figure of the Butler dates back to the great private residences in British society. It was then ‘inherited' by a limited number of exclusive international luxury hotels that turned this figure into one of their strengths. The service offered by butlers in our Italian furnished office centres is truly unique and precious.
The Client’s best ally
We make available for our Clients a Butler, i.e. a ‘House Manager’ that will make their stay easier and more pleasant: discreet, never invasive, kind but not too familiar, excellent at anticipating the Client’s needs, well-mannered and always accurate in performing his tasks, the Butler is the best ally of the Client, who can rely on him for any and all needs. Serving some coffee or tea, running an errand outside, receiving or sending some goods through a forwarding agent, setting up a showroom or an ad-hoc meeting room, a buffet, a quick lunch or a coffee break… These are just some of the tasks a Butler can fulfil and that Business Lounge offers its Clients included in the price of all rooms and areas.
